Information we collect

• Appointments: name, phone, email, vehicle type, service requested, preferred time, and any notes you type.
• Contact messages: name, email, and your message.
• Oasis chat: the name and email you enter to start the chat, plus the conversation. When you close the chat we email that transcript to the shop so staff can follow up.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) used to keep the site working and to block spam.

How we use it

• Confirm visits, answer questions, and deliver the wash or spa service you asked for.
• Send appointment and chat notices to empirecarwash1195@gmail.com.
• If a Google Gemini key is configured, Oasis may use your question (not a public social profile) to draft a reply. The shop still receives the transcript.
• Protect the site from bots and abuse (rate limits and a hidden honeypot field).

Who we share with

We share information only with processors that help us run the shop website:

• Email delivery (FormSubmit and/or Resend) so the shop receives your request.
• Google (Maps embed and public Google reviews shown on the site).
• Hosting for this website.
• Club login and membership billing happen on LoyalZoo / Mylty (https://start.mylty.co?id=17514), which has its own privacy terms. We do not collect card numbers on this website.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information for advertising lists.

Cookies and local storage

We do not run advertising pixels on this site. Your browser may store a small session flag so the daily offer poster is not shown again after you close it. You can clear site data in your browser anytime.

How long we keep it

Appointment, contact, and chat emails stay in the shop inbox as long as needed to serve you and keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete a request by emailing empirecarwash1195@gmail.com.

Your choices

Email or call us to review, correct, or delete information you sent through this site. If you are in a jurisdiction with additional privacy rights, we will honor a valid request to the extent the law requires.

Children

This website is for booking car-wash and auto-spa services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

Forms go to our own servers over HTTPS. We rate-limit submissions, ignore bot honeypot fields, and do not store card numbers here. No method of transmission is 100% secure; please do not send passwords or payment details in chat or notes.

Changes

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top is the latest version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
