These terms govern your use of Empire Car Wash's website and the services you request at 1195 S Wickham Rd, Melbourne, FL 32904. By using this site or booking a visit, you agree to them.

The shop

Hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday–Saturday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Closed Sunday. Hours can change for weather, holidays, or shop needs.
Prices and vehicle size
Prices subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes calculated at checkout.
Wash menu prices on this site apply to our three categories: sedan, SUV, and truck. Club rates and some spa packages are confirmed at check-in. SUV and truck club pricing may vary.
Appointments
Submitting the booking form is a request, not a guaranteed slot until the shop confirms. We may call or email the number and address you gave. Walk-ins are welcome during open hours as capacity allows.
Oasis chat
Oasis is a shop helper for hours, prices, and services. It can be wrong. It is not a person, not legal advice, and not a confirmed reservation. Do not send payment card numbers in chat.
Memberships
Monthly clubs are billed and managed through the member portal (LoyalZoo / Mylty). Portal terms and billing disputes are handled there. Unlimited washes apply to one vehicle as described at signup, subject to check-in.
Your vehicle
Remove valuables, loose items, and tell staff about aftermarket parts, wraps, ceramic coatings, or damage before the wash. We take care with every car; some conditions (pre-existing chips, loose trim, severe oxidation) can still show after a wash. Talk to a manager on site if something looks wrong before you leave.
Website
Content, photos, logos, and copy on this site belong to Empire Car Wash & Detail unless noted. Do not copy them for another business. Do not misuse forms, scrape the site, or attempt to break security.
Liability
To the fullest extent Florida law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. For work on your vehicle, any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that visit, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
